The art club will have their first meeting on the year on Thursday, September 7th in the art room right after school.  Anyone interested in joining should come to this informational meeting.  Students do NOT have to be in an art class to join art club.  It is open for anyone to join.

 

 

Seniors if you have not turned in your shot record for the meningococcal shot you will need to do so asap.  If you have not had the shot yet please turn in a copy of an appointment card so we know you have it scheduled.

 

 

The JV boys soccer lost last night to Perrysburg by a score of 1-0.

 

 

Varsity volleyball beat Vermilion last night 25-16, 25-14, 25-18.  Kaytlynn Sandwisch lead the team with 24 assists.  Leading in kills was Peyton Bloomer with 18 and Logan Harris with 8. Abby Dornbusch lead with 10 digs, Peyton Bloomer and Ashley Riley both had 8 digs.   Bloomer and Harris both added six blocks and rachel rayburn had 5 blocks.

JV had a great team win last night winning 25-17, 25-22. 

 

 

The JV Lady Rocket Soccer Team lost 1-3 against Lorain Clearview's club team which consisted of almost all upperclassmen. The lone goal came from Haley Lenke's corner kick. Good luck to the varsity soccer teams who are hosting the Huron Tigers today.

 

 

The Rockets tennis team lost to Willard 4-1 last night. Winning at singles was Addi Hasselbach. Other winners were Mya Lenke and Bailey LaFountain and Bailey Blunt and Hailey Hess.

 

 

Congrats to the Girls Golf team. They achieved a team goal last night shooting 194 to defeat Port Clinton. Jaclyn Wojciechowski shot even par, while Hannah Genzman had a 48 and Delaney Hayes had a new personal best shooting a 49. The girls go to Perrysburg today to compete at Crosswinds Golf Club in a duel with Eastwood.
