Pre-Sale tickets for tonights football game at Huron are on sale in the main office during you lunch or after school.  All  Pre-sale tickets are $5.00, All tickets at the gate are $6.00.

 

 

Seniors who plan to attend college after high school are reminded that there will be a financial aid meeting for you and your parents in The HUB on Wednesday, October 11 at 7:00pm

 

 

Mrs. Gilbert is now accepting senior baby pictures for the yearbook.  Bring in your picture with a $20.00 check made out to BCS.

 

 

Please sign up in the cafeteria today or see Mrs. Swint by Monday if you would like to donate blood. We are a little shy of 80 students, but are still hoping to reach the 100 donor mark.

The red cross recommends eating Iron Enrich Foods and drinking plenty of water starting now, to reduce the possibility of low iron on October 31st.  They also state that drinking tea may reduce iron levels in donors.

All 16 year old donors are required to fill out a consent form and return it to Mrs. Swint by October 9th.

This month we will have week reminders of what you as an individual and we as a building can do to stomp out bullying. Rockets this is your month to take leadership at your school and carry it through all-year-round!  Let's make this a great place for all of us!!

 

 

The boys varsity soccer team defeated Clyde 1 – 0 to finish up the regular season with an 11-3-2 record.  Nick Damron scored the lone goal off an assist from Danny McMullen.  Caleb Goldstein made 7 saves in goal.

 

 

 Congratulations to the varsity volleyball team who remained undefeated by beating Margaretta last night 25-6, 25-16 25-16 and also clinched a share of the SBC title.  Kaytlynn Sandwisch lead the team with 29 assists.  Leading in kills was Peyton Bloomer with 23 and Logan Harris added 9.  Peyton had 10 digs and Abby Dornbusch had 9.  The team had a total of 12 aces.  The rockets are 20-0 (10-0 sbc) and play at Port Clinton on Tuesday. 

 

 

Jv volleyball won in 2 games last night against Margaretta 25-13 25-17.  Emily Wolf led in kills Shelby Adkins and Grace Johnson led in serving and Sophia Eli and Sam Tallman led in digs.

 

 

Congratulations to the 8th grade football team on a 46-8 victory over Vermillion.  Scoring touchdowns were Ben Sage on a 65, 35, 28 and 24 yard runs, Cade Petersen on a 3 yard run, and Robby Jacobsen on a 3 yard run. Extra points were scored by Cade Petersen on a pass from Mason Wagner and Ben Sage on a pass from Cade Petersen.
