MONDAY, 5/21: FIELD DAY-4TH AND 5TH GRADE IN THE A.M. (AROUND 8:15) AND 6TH AND 7TH P.M. (AROUND 12:45 P.M.), BAND INSTRUMENT FITTING 4-8 P.M. IN THE BAND ROOM

TUESDAY, 5/22: ECON FAIR, PARENTS CAN COME (4TH GRADE FROM 10-11), 3rd GRADE VISIT TO THE MIDDLE SCHOOL

WEDNESDAY, 5/23: TALENT SHOW STARTING AROUND 8:15 A.M. BREAK FOR LUNCHES AND THEN RESUME AT 12:45 P.M.

THURSDAY, 5/24: HIGH HONORS BREAKFAST FOR 4.0 6TH AND 7TH GRADE STUDENTS WHO MADE THE HIGH ACADEMIC HONOR ROLL 2 OR 3 QUARTERS IN THIS SCHOOL YEAR, 7TH GRADERS GO TO CEDAR POINT ALL DAY.

FRIDAY, 5/25: LAST DAY OF SCHOOL FOR STUDENTS AND TEACHERS, AWARDS ASSEMBLY BEGINNING AROUND 8:15-9:15 FOR 6TH AND 7TH GRADES AND THEN 4TH AND 5TH GRADES IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING

JUNIOR ROCKETS GIRLS SUMMER BASKETBALL CAMP IS OPEN TO GIRLS ENTERING 3RD GRADE NEXT SCHOOL YEAR THROUGH 8TH GRADE. FORMS ARE AVAILABLE IN THE OFFICE WITH DATES, TIMES, COSTS, ETC.

If any 6th or 7th grader is interested in being a crossing guard for the next school year, there are forms in the office.

Cross Country Summer Conditioning schedules are available in the office for any incoming 7th grade boys and girls.

Attention 4th and 5th grade girls/boys interested in pee-wee try-outs for 2018-19: There will be 3 clinics on May 15th-18th. If interested, please go to Ms. Zanni’s room for a flyer and a packet with more information.

FIELD DAY IS APPROACHING…..MONDAY MAY 21ST. (DUE TO LACK OF TIME, THERE WILL BE NO RAIN DATE) 4TH AND 5TH GRADE ACTIVITIES WILL TAKE PLACE IN THE MORNING AND 6TH AND 7TH GRADES IN THE AFTERNOON. ALSO, AT THIS EVENT WILL BE RELAY FOR LIFE. ONCE AGAIN, FOOTPRINTS WILL BE SOLD FOR 25 CENTS EACH DURING LUNCH PERIODS. ALL PROCEEDS WILL GO TO THE AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY. OUR GOAL IS TO WRAP ALL OUR FOOTPRINTS AROUND MRS. SANDWISCH AND MRS. MACKO’S DESK. PLEASE SUPPORT THIS VERY IMPORTANT CAUSE BY PURCHASING A FOOTPRINT!

Please note…as of May 8th there will be no more charging lunches in the cafeteria. All students who owe money should take care of this prior to the end of the school year. Thank you!

Please return Life-Touch pictures and/or money to the office. Thank you. You are not allowed to keep any of the pictures without payment. You may purchase some or all of the photos but again, please return any unpurchased. Thank you!

The Following Forms are available in the office:

Upper Level Dance Studio Competition Team Forms are available in the office. No previous dance experience necessary. This group will attend 3-4 competitions in the Ohio Area.

Imagination Station is offering a Summer camp at BGSU June 4th- 8th. Design, construction and playful exploration; from space suits to vehicles. Camp runs from 9-4:30 with extended day from 8-5:30 p.m. at no additional charge. Camp t-shirts, snacks, and 4 complimentary admission tickets to Imagination Station. There will be an extreme science demo on Friday, June 8th.   Campers must be ages 6-13.
