Birthday Wishes

There were a pair of pink glasses found Friday afternoon by the busses on Walnut Street.  If you have lost your glasses please come to the office.

The OHHS cheerleaders will be hosting a winter cheer clinic for 4th graders.  Registration forms can be found in the office.  The due date is Monday, January 5th.

On Friday, the CBI classes delivered the toys collected for Toys for Tots to the Ottawa County Holiday Bureau.  While the number of toys collected this year was down quite a bit from years past, there were a number of nice, quality toys donated.  The middle school donated almost 200 gifts to the Holiday Bureau.

The class standings for the ice cream party are as follows:  2nd place Mrs. Bauer with 3.2 gifts per student.  And 1st place is Mrs. Johnson’s class with 5.6 gifts per student.  Congratulations to all students and staff that donated.

Don’t forget the 5th grade band and choir concert tonight at the middle school.  Choir students are to meet in the cafeteria at 6:10 and band students are to be in the band room by 6:00.  The concert begins at 6:30.

The Rocket wrestling team finished 2nd this weekend at the Oak Harbor Invitational Tournament.  Congratulations to Nate Mansor who was the 92 pound champion.  Matthew Dewitz finished 2nd, Riley Meek finished 3rd and Chance Milledge placed 4th.  The Rockets will have a home dual Wednesday at the high school beginning at 4:30 pm.
